Grade 3 is one kind of commercially pure titanium, which contains less Titanium element than Grade 2 titanium, Grade 3 titanium’s mechanical properties and hardness data are higher than Grade 2. Besides, Grade 3 titanium’s plasticity and toughness performance is worse  when comparing with Grade 2 titanium.

 

Grade 3 Titanium Alloy is also named as UNS R50550, A55, BT1-0, JIS 3, Ti4, 2TA2, etc.
